The organization seeks to address barriers to justice and equality perpetrated by misuse of Laws, which threatens to erode the value system that India prides on.

Rakshak works in close conjunction with 498a.org, a Leading International organization focused on researching the impact of misuse of gender-biased laws such as Section 498a, domestic violence against women act 2005, of the Indian Penal Code.
